Steve Roulstone
Steve Roulstone is the Managing Director of Castle Estates Staffordshire Ltd having been a Franchisee with Castle Estates for over ten years. It was very much a case of ‘He liked the Company so much!’ in Steve’s case when he took very little time to decide to take the opportunity to take over the brand. This has now moved on to the stage where all of the Castle Estates offices are now independent which of course includes Stafford. “I enjoyed working on behalf of the whole group and the independent move has helped each office to strenghen its position within their own market. This means all of my time is now spent running our own office and helping us continue to develop”.
Steve has worked in sales for the majority of his life, working in various markets, including Tailoring, Building material distribution and Manufacture.
Nick Strong

Mike Edwards
Mike Edwards (MARLA) is a well established face in today’s lettings industry and provides legal support and advice to both established and experienced letting agents as well as training novices on how to operate correctly within the boundaries of today’s legislation. Mike works working alongside industry bodies and other specialist advisers to challenge and input on the practicalities of Government proposed changes to legislation. Mike provides us with an invaluable source of ‘finger on the pulse’ legal Knowledge. We say of Mike and his knowledge of the lettings industry “If he does not know it, then it is not worth knowing!”

Samantha Knight
Samantha Knight (M.A.R.L.A), a UK industry professional who, for the past 15 years has handled the management of all kinds of property and tenancies across the whole of the UK.
