Steve Roulstone is the Managing Director of Castle Estates Staffordshire Ltd having been a Franchisee with Castle Estates for over ten years. It was very much a case of ‘He liked the Company so much!’ in Steve’s case when he took very little time to decide to take the opportunity to\u00a0take over the brand. This has now\u00a0moved on to the stage where all of the Castle Estates offices are now independent which of course includes Stafford.\u00a0“I enjoyed working on behalf of the whole group and the independent move has helped each office to strenghen its position within their own market. This means all of my time is now spent running our own office and helping us continue to develop”.<\/p>\n

Steve has worked in sales for the majority of his life, working in various markets, including Tailoring, Building material distribution and Manufacture.<\/p>\n
